There are some valid concerns about the dashboard like all the settings are not at one place which is annoying but ...
I wonder how much Sony is paying you for acting like an idiot.
I know the writer is entitled to his own opinions but I don't agree with his reasons.
- the adds make the dashboard more colorful and alive, the XMB is bland in comparison. Plus, I like seeing game trailers and previews.
- He complains about the default channel not being "My Xbox" when logged in yet you only have to press up once to reach it.
- Redeeming codes is REALLY simple and fast. I don't understand his complaint about accessing it thro...

Each company has different products in their divisions so it will be hard to get a fair comparison. Still though, my gut feel is that Msoft's entertainment division is financially better off than Sony's Networked Products & Services division, which houses each companies consoles.

Based off the tidbits of news on N4G, that may be the case but we don't have a complete list of what MS opened and closed so I don't know if I agree with yo...
Not to mention that MS are finally starting to turn a profit with the Xbox 360 so I would expect them to let the 360 ride until they recoup their losses.

I liked playing FPS's on the Wii so I'm quite psyched for this. GFX looks great.
BTW, Xbox is outselling the PS3 world-wide at the moment. Just saying.
The PS3 is at 16.9 million and Xbox 360 is at 16.8 million in Europe. If you have any better sources than VGChartz then please share but until then, they are virtually tied my friend.
Just imagine the devs pushing the PS3's hardware to the max from day one. The Xbox would have been in the dirt by now if that was the case but instead they make up BS reasons why it was the plan all along.
The PS being hard to develop for is a side effect of the PS3's architecture, not the purpose. I really don't understand how someone can defend this statement by sony, it doesn't make sense.
And please try to reply with an actual argument.

If you try to justify the statement that because of the PS3, PC's are not needed then you are truly lost.

I've got a PS3 and Xbox next to each other. I've got enough playtime on both to warrant an unbiased opinion but somehow that's not good enough for N4G. Preferring something on the Xbox is just unthinkable just because the PS army is huddling together in agreement.
How can an add channel be intrusive to me if I never even taken note of where the dashboard starts up. But hey, if the PS3 doesn't have adds, then it's blasphemy all of a sudden to have adds on anything. ...
